Transition from
Elementary to Junior High
Orientation to choosing electives and honors math and history tracks.
Verbal explanation and handouts
Month of May yearly
Orientation for 6th into 7th grade; Shadowing Day
Arrange 1/2 day experience for the student to spend time with current 7th-grade students and teachers. Follow 7th-grade schedule, meet with principal and guidance counselor.
