Monclova Christian Academy (MCA), partnering with Christian families, exists to provide a quality, Christ-centered education, integrated with a Christian view of God and the world.” In conjunction with the purpose statement, the mission statement guides the kingdom education provided to our students and families. The administration, Bible, academic, and specials teachers (art, music, technology and athletics) are dedicated to “providing an educational program which upholds a standard of excellence with its firm foundation based on God’s Word, the Holy Bible.” According to II Timothy 2:3 we strive to train our students to be “good soldiers” of Jesus Christ. MCA’s statement of faith includes a summary of the doctrines that form the foundation on which the programs of MCA are built. In addition, the philosophy of the school can be summarized in the following statement: “We believe in MCA as a school that believes in and upholds the Bible. Respects other fosters academic excellence, and seeks to encourage loyalty to the Lord, to parents and to our nation.”  The specific objectives of the school include spiritual, academic, and social goals for our students to achieve while studying at MCA.

The College and Career Guidance office provides Christ-centered individual academic and college counseling as well as programs designed to provide information and support to assist students and their parents in discovering and navigating the path of their life calling from high school to post-graduation to a coherent adult life focused on actively serving the Lord in their vocation and in the local church.
